The Internet is a great tool for finding free (as in beer) shwag and other great promotions. However, I learned a while back that there is no true anonymity on the Internet (just ask the users of Arrow-L in December of 1999). To give you reason #7532 to not do anything on the Internet you wouldn't want the whole world knowing, I submit this for your review.
If you are so cheap that you have to go on the Internet for free lube, you probably don't care what others think. Regardless of that fact, Mr. Cheap Ass Lube User, I salute you! Without your super thrifty butt sex ways I would have never had this good of a laugh. Not even Clark Howard is that cheap, he would just use spit...its cheaper.

R.I.P. Jim
Today, I found out that a professional colleague of mine had died in a plane crash on Sunday. My heart goes out to Jim's friends and co-workers at this difficult time in their lives.
My Weekend.
So I finally returned to work after taking a long (four day) weekend. I needed the time off and put it to good use. I finally caught up on some needed sleep Thursday and even got around to finally getting off my ass and going for a walk to try and get in shape. JK and I took the dog (Wesser) to Stone Mountain and walked around the mountain. Then Friday I spent most of the day resting, decompressing and doing chores around the house. I might be a little weird but sometimes the best way for me to rest is to just do nothing that requires thought and clean the house and do the laundry I have sitting around.
The highlight of Friday had to be having to assuage my dad's fears that I did not quit my job or anything rash like that. I made the mistake of calling my dad and asking him to join me for lunch and mentioning that I had taken Thursday and Friday off work. After having lunch he realized I was still gainfully employed and just taking a couple days off work.
Saturday, there was another party at my brother's house for his step-son's first communion. Bless mike for not requiring me to attend church. Church is one of those things that I will only do if it is a required function; otherwise I have other uses for my time. After the short party and lunch at Mike's house, JK and I dropped Wesser at my parents and drove up to the mountains. The original plan was to hike to the Wasilik Popular and the trip quickly turned into a weekend in Asheville.
For those of you that have never had a chance to see the Blue Ridge Parkway it is definitely worth the trip. Because I was not in a hurry to go anywhere the parkway, the trip to Asheville seemed to include a stop every two miles so I could take some more photos. Soon enough the fifty miles on the parkway were over and we arrived in Asheville.
Somewhere deep in JK's head was to go to Biltmore. So Sunday involved a day at the estate. I have been to Biltmore three times in my life and each time the house is different, the tour has been changed in some way. Definitely, the next time I'm in Asheville I plan on spending some time exploring the grounds of the estate. The house may be the main attraction of the estate but there are an additional 8000 or so acres to explore. For more pictures of the trip this weekend visit my flickr account.

Welcome to Unsolicited Opinions
If you are reading this post you can see that I have yet again attempted to have a blog on the web. Hopefully, the previous four attempts were just early beta versions.
